The May 2023 Market Reports reveal month-over-month gains in closed residential median sale price for the OneKey® MLS Regional area. OneKey MLS reported a $590,000 closed median home price for the month of May, representing an increase of 2.60% over the figure reported in April 2023, $575,000. Year-over-year home price comparisons, however, reflect a negative change, with 2.50% decrease reported this May as compared to May 2022.

From this metric we can infer a level of buyer interest, which reflects current market conditions. This week, www.OneKeyMLS.com DELIVERED a total of 51,658 listing and open house alerts to thousands of consumers who created profiles and saved searches.
