OneKey® MLS Adds Down Payment Assistance Information to For Sale Listings on the Consumer-Facing Website

OneKey® MLS formed a partnership with Down Payment Resource (DPR) earlier this year so we could enhance listings by connecting eligible homebuyers and properties with available down payment assistance programs. Over the past 6 months, a total of 68.7% of OneKey® MLS listings were matched with at least one down payment assistance program, making more listings affordable to buyers who may be revisiting their buying power lately.

Any eligible listing featuring this icon is eligible for down payment assistance. When the product first launched, the DPR tool was accessible on listings appearing on Matrix and Stratus. Now, searches on our consumer site – www.onekeymls.com – will also feature the DPR icon alongside a link to Find Down Payment Assistance, empowering buyers to discover potentially available programs that may broaden their buying choices.

Down Payment Resource is the industry authority for the most current information about down payment assistance. They provide an ever-growing database of down payment assistance programs that help REALTORS® better serve consumers, especially when mortgage rates have more than doubled in a year’s time.
