Do I get to pick my website URL?
Yes, as long as your desired URL is available. Visit GoDaddy.com to see if your desired site URL is available for purchase.
Will my office listings be displayed on my website?
Yes, we have a dynamic link back to Matrix or Stratus (your source system) and the listings will automatically update. The website will display your active inventory, upcoming open houses, and recent sales. Manual entry or updating is never required with our product!
Can I incorporate a ‘Search Listings’ page?
Yes, this is also known as IDX (Internet Data Exchange) or Broker Reciprocity. For an additional $29.95/month, you can add this feature to your site. IDX will allow you to display other office’s listings while you remain the point of contact!
Do you help with the website design process?
Yes, once we gather enough information to begin the site build, we can assist with the design process as well. We will forward a preliminary link for your review after the initial build is complete. Changes can be made at that time. We will work together through this process and guide you through every step to ensure your site is available on the web, compliant with regulations, and representative of you and your business!

The current hosting fee for an agent website is $29/month.

No, we recommend after your site goes live that you work with a professional SEO specialist to choose keywords that maximize your exposure and ranking.
Does the website include email?
We do not host email at this time. This is something that you can set up at the registrar.
